The Chicago Bears have released their first injury report for Week 8, and there's a long list of banged-up players who missed the first practice of the week.

Running back D'Andre Swift (groin), wide receiver DJ Moore (hip), tight end Cole Kmet (back), defensive back Tyrique Stevenson (shoulder), and running back Roschon Johnson (back) were all non-participants in Wednesday's practice.

Four more players were limited on Wednesday: Defensive lineman Grady Jarrett (knee), offensive tackle Braxton Jones (knee), defensive back Nahshon Wright (hip), and kicker Cairo Santos (right thigh).

Here's the official list from the team:

There's still plenty of time for these players to work their way back to full participation in practice by the end of the week, and in time to suit up for Sunday's road game against the Baltimore Ravens. That said, it's concerning to see three multiple key starters among the offensive skill-position players missing the first practice of the week. The same is true for a starting defensive back like Stevenson, with the potential for Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson to return from injury this week.

We'll see how the rest of the week shapes up from an injury standpoint, and hopefully, we'll get better news heading into Sunday's game.

Can the Bears extend their four-game winning streak? Keeping these players in the lineup will be key if they want that to happen.
