Bears continue rotating Braxton Jones, Theo Benedet at left tackle vs. Bengals

During Thursday's joint practice with the Cincinnati Bengals, the Bears continued rotating Braxton Jones and Theo Benedet at left tackle, giving both players valuable live reps against an opposing defense. Those snaps could carry more weight than a typical training camp practice. Ben Johnson recently reshuffled the competition by moving Jones into the first-team left tackle role and Benedet to the second team, while Jedrick Wills Jr. and Kiran Amegadjie shifted to the right side. Now Jones and Benedet are getting an opportunity to prove themselves against Bengals pass rushers rather than teammates they've faced throughout camp.
