Monangai offers flex appeal for Bears in Week 2

Kyle Monangai didn't need many opportunities to remind fantasy managers why he was one of the Chicago Bears' most intriguing players entering 2026. Monangai rushed 10 times for 100 yards and a touchdown in Chicago's 59-37 Week 1 victory over the Carolina Panthers, with his 61-yard touchdown run providing the highlight. He also caught both of his targets for 24 yards, an encouraging development after finishing his rookie season with only 18 receptions. That performance has put Monangai squarely on the fantasy radar. Yahoo Sports lists him at 77% rostered, and while D'Andre Swift remains Chicago's clear RB1, there appears to be enough work in Ben Johnson's offense for Monangai to provide standalone fantasy value.
