Cairo Santos drills 50-yard field goals at Bears practice
Chicago Bears kicker Cairo Santos had his leg working during Tuesday's training camp practice. According to Adam Hoge's report on X, Santos connected on a string of long-distance field goals, including makes from 52 and 55 yards. That's an encouraging development for the Bears considering Santos has traditionally been known more for his accuracy than overwhelming leg strength. He made 24 of 28 field-goal attempts in 2025, including 5 of 7 from at least 50 yards.
