The Chicago Bears were missing some big names on the practice field Wednesday as they prepare for a Week 9 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Seven players didn't participate in Wednesday's practice, and six of them were offensive skill-position players. Wide receivers Rome Odunze (heel), DJ Moore (hip/groin), Luther Burden III (concussion) and Olamide Zaccheaus (knee) got the "did not participate" designation, as did running backs D'Andre Swift (groin) and Roschon Johnson (back).
Defensive lineman Dominique Robinson (ankle) joined them with the "DNP" tag.
Tight end Cole Kmet (back) was limited Wednesday, as was defensive back Tyrique Stevenson (shoulder). Linebacker Amen Ogbongbemiga (knee) was a full participant as he works his way back from injured reserve.
Here's the official report from the team:
The Bears will be looking to bounce back from a frustrating loss to a Baltimore Ravens team that was without Lamar Jackson and had only one win prior to last week. This time around, they'll face a Cincinnati Bengals team that won't have Joe Burrow, and replacement Joe Flacco is dealing with a shoulder injury.
