Former NFL defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, now an NFL Network analyst, stated his belief that Caleb Williams will become the best quarterback in the NFL. McCoy cited Williams' talent in throwing and running, noting that once Williams simplifies the game, he will reach this level. Last season, Williams recorded nearly 4,000 passing yards, 27 touchdowns, and seven interceptions, along with four rushing/receiving touchdowns.
