Caleb Williams's "Iceman" trademark bid denied by USPTO
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has denied Caleb Williams's application to trademark the term "Iceman." The USPTO determined that Williams's proposed mark was too similar to an existing trademark held by LaCrosse for their "Iceman" line of insulated boots. This decision, issued on June 24, 2026, cited the identical nature of the marks and the potential for confusion with some of Williams's listed products.
