Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams made his NFL debut against the Buffalo Bills in Saturday's Week 1 preseason game, and it was a resounding success.
Williams completed 4 of 7 passes for 95 yards and added a 13-yard scramble for a first down. Two of his three incompletions were drops by Cole Kmet and DJ Moore.
Needless to say, Williams looked great.

Caleb Williams flashed all of the traits that made him the first overall pick: Elite arm strength, dual-threat ability, and that special magic touch that turns a routine play into a big gain.

If there was one negative from Williams' two drives, it's that neither ended in a touchdown. Still, the Chicago Bears got points. He led the offense to two field goals.

It's been a long time since there was this much excitement around the Chicago Bears, and it's all because of No. 18. He lived up to the hype in his preseason debut.
