The Chicago Bears had flashes of potential on offense last season, but they made some huge moves in the offseason that could improve that side of the ball in a massive way for the 2024 season.
Obviously, the biggest move was spending the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft on USC quarterback Caleb Williams, having traded away former first-rounder Justin Fields to the Pittsburgh Steelers to clear the way for their new rookie starter.
But the Bears made additions to every other position group on offense, all of which could contribute to big improvements in 2024.
Here's an updated look at Chicago's offense heading into this season:
Keenan Allen, D'Andre Swift, Gerald Everett and Ryan Bates are all solid veterans who should make an immediate impact, while young players like Darnell Wright and Roschon Johnson should be improved heading into their second NFL seasons.
Throw in an elite prospect like rookie wide receiver Rome Odunze, and you've got a recipe for a high-flying offense Bears fans should enjoy this year.
