Bears ink free agent Sam Roush to contract

The Chicago Bears officially signed tight end Sam Roush on Friday, July 10, 2026. Roush, a second-round pick (69th overall) in the 2026 NFL Draft, played four seasons at Stanford, accumulating 119 receptions for 1,201 yards and four touchdowns. In his final collegiate season, he was a team captain and earned Second-Team All-Atlantic Coast Conference honors with 49 receptions.
