Shane Waldron, who previously served as the Bears' offensive coordinator, has been promoted by the Jacksonville Jaguars. He will now hold the title of assistant head coach and pass game coordinator. The Jaguars also announced Heath Farwell's new role as associate head coach and special teams coordinator.
