Ravens request interview with Bears' assistant for OC job
The Baltimore Ravens want to interview Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Declan Doyle for the same role on their new staff.
The Chicago Bears could be losing their offensive coordinator to another NFC team.
Declan Doyle has been requested by the Philadelphia Eagles for an interview at the same spot on their staff, per multiple reports:
Doyle was also a candidate for the Philadelphia Eagles' offensive coordinator position, but he removed himself from consideration earlier this week.
In Baltimore, Doyle would call plays under new head coach Jesse Minter, who replaces John Harbaugh after serving as the Los Angeles Chargers' defensive coordinator last season.
Baltimore missed the playoffs in 2025, but the prospect of working with two-time MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson could be alluring to Doyle. There's also the fact that Doyle would get to call plays for the Ravens, duties that head coach Ben Johnson handles in Chicago.
We'll see if this interview ends up happening, and what Doyle decides.
