Everybody knows the Chicago Bears need a better pass rush in 2026 if they want to go deeper into the playoffs.

This year's draft class is deep at the position, but a veteran would likely make a more immediate impact. Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby could be available via trade this offseason, and the Bears would be an ideal landing spot.

Crosby's name was mentioned to Bears general manger Ryan Poles during his end of the year press conference earlier this week, and he couldn't hide his reaction:

Crosby will be coming off a knee injury that ended his season with surgery, but when he's healthy, he's one of the most dominant edge rushers in the league. He's exactly what the Bears need across from Montez Sweat.

The question is, how much would he cost via trade?

The Bears have a late first-round pick in this year's draft, and that pick alone might not be enough to get the Raiders to part with their best defensive player. Vegas might be looking for multiple first-round picks, but that might be too rich a price.

If Chicago is willing to add another Day 2 pick, either this year or in 2027, that might be worth it for the Raiders to move on from an expensive veteran as they continue their rebuild under new management.
