Studs and duds from Chicago Bears' blowout win over Browns in Week 15
The Chicago Bears demolished the Cleveland Browns in Week 15. Here are the Bears' studs and duds from the critical 31-3 victory.
So much for the Chicago Bears falling victim to a trap game in Week 15 against the Cleveland Browns.
Instead, the Bears absolutely dominated from start to finish on Sunday, winning their most lopsided game of the season, 31-3.
It was a balanced win that saw contributions from the Bears' offense, defense, and special teams. There were a few players who especially stood out.
Here are the studs and duds from the Bears' Week 15 win.
STUD: DJ Moore
Welcome back to the 2025 season, DJ Moore. And boy did the Bears need this effort from the veteran wideout.
Rome Odunze began the day active and ready to roll, but the second-year standout reinjured his foot in pregame warmups. He was scratched from the lineup, and Moore stepped up in his absence.
Moore finished Week 15 with four catches for 69 yards and two touchdowns, including what may go down as the throw of the year from Caleb Williams.

DUD: Kyle Monangai
For the first time in what feels like months, rookie running back Kyle Monangai couldn't deliver for the Bears.
Monangai finished Sunday's game with 11 carries for 33 yards. He had a bad drop in the passing game, too; he may still be running if he caught the screen.
It was also the first time in several weeks that Monangai was significantly outplayed by D'Andre Swift, who Ben Johnson leaned on when the game was still relatively close.
Despite the lackluster performance, Monangai remains a critical piece of the Bears' 2025 playoff hunt.

STUD: D'Andre Swift
The other half of the bruise brothers, D'Andre Swift, was as good as he's been all season in Week 15 against the Browns.
Swift finished the game with 18 carries for 98 yards and two touchdowns, averaging nearly 5.5 yards per carry.
The Bears finished the game with 33 carries for 142 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, and Swift was the main reason why.

Dud: Montez Sweat
Look, Sweat wasn't terrible against the Browns. But if we have to pick a few duds from Week 15, the fact that Sweat only had one tackle and couldn't get home against Shedeur Sanders on a day when the rest of the Bears' defense had five sacks is at least a bit troubling.
Sweat ended Week 15 with one lonely tackle.
It's hard to be tough on Sweat, though. He's been on a heater as of late, and there's no doubt he remains the Bears' most important front-seven defender as the march to the playoffs continues.

Stud: Luther Burden III
Burden has been super impressive over the last two weeks, and he added some dazzling moments in Sunday's win over the Browns.
Burden, for the second week in a row, led the Bears in catches and yards, and if it wasn't for a third-quarter ankle injury, he likely would've crossed the 100-yard mark.

Instead, Burden finished the game with six catches for 84 yards.
Despite a sluggish start to his rookie campaign, Burden has emerged as the Bears' best pass-catcher in December.

Stud: Austin Booker
Austin Booker has a real chance to emerge as the running mate Bears fans have been longing for opposite Montez Sweat.
Booker sacked Shedeur Sanders two times, and was extremely impressive closing off the edge.
He finished the game with four tackles and two sacks, and nearly forced another turnover for the Bears' defense.
While most 2026 NFL mock drafts will have the Bears prioritizing an edge rusher in the first round, a late-season emergence by Booker could cause GM Ryan Poles and the scouting department to look elsewhere.

Stud: Bears keep taking the ball away
Ok, so, this isn't technically a 'stud,' but there's no way you can talk about Week 15 without bringing attention to the Bears' takeaways.
Dennis Allen's defense had three more. The Bears picked off Shedeur Sanders three times; C.J. Gardner-Johnson, D'Marco Jackson, and Jaylon Johnson all had one.
The Chicago Bears now have an NFL-best 30 takeaways after 14 games.
