The Chicago Bears took home another big win this week, beating the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-27 at Soldier Field on Sunday, and wide receiver DJ Moore was a big part of it.
Moore hauled in multiple touchdown receptions from quarterback Caleb Williams, making a huge impact for a Bears team that continues to win close games.
After the game, Williams talked about the value of his connection with Moore:
While the Bears' defense has continued to struggle with consistency amid a long list of injuries, the offense has continued to carry them. Williams has tons of pass-catching weapons at his disposal, which makes it hard for opposing defenses to take away all of them.
Moore's versatile skill set makes him a dangerous playmaker at every level of the field, and the Bears take full advantage. Whether he's lined up outside, in the slot, or even in the backfield, Ben Johnson continues to find creative ways to get the ball in Moore's hands.
Sunday's game is another example of what's possible when Williams and Moore and both on the same page.
