Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams had a very pedestrian performance in the team's Week 1 win over the Tennessee Titans. The Bears' offense failed to score a touchdown in the 24-17 win. Instead, Chicago relied on defense and special teams to get the ball into the paint.
Williams finished his NFL debut completing 14-of-29 passes for 93 yards. He rushed five times for 15 yards. No touchdowns, no interceptions, no fumbles.
It wasn't pretty, but it wasn't entirely his fault either. The Titans defense abused the Bears' interior offensive line. They were hip-tossed, bull-rushed, out-quicked, and out-physicalled all game.
But you don't have to believe me. Watch for yourself, thanks to Bears social media MVP " Every Caleb Williams pass and run from his NFL debut for the #Bears pic.twitter.com/bB0lwZXSZk
