Mark Sanchez knows a thing or two about the pressure that comes along with being a highly drafted quarterback prospect coming out of USC.
He also knows what it's like to immediately lead his team to the conference title game, which he did in each of his first two seasons with the New York Jets.
During a recent appearance on "The Herd" with Colin Cowherd on Fox Sports, Sanchez went down the long list of big additions the Chicago Bears made this offseason to surround No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams with as much talent as possible, and he drew comparisons to the team he led to the AFC title game in his second season:
Mark Sanchez says he sees similarities between the Bears and the 2010 Jets that made it to the conference championship game. He also said he wouldnโt be shocked if they started 7-2. ๐๐ #DaBears #Bears pic.twitter.com/eoDutOk1QF

If Williams and the Bears get anywhere near the NFC title game this year, it won't just be a huge win for the Bears in the short-term, but also a sign of even bigger things to come down the road.
