Chicago doesn't have a first-year head coach, but they do have a potential star quarterback in rookie Caleb Williams, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft.

If Williams lives up to the hype right away, it wouldn't be shocking to see the Bears make a quick turnaround and push for a playoff spot in 2024.
