Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields had what many NFL analysts consider his best game as a pro against the Green Bay Packers in Week 13. He completed 80% of his passes for 254 yards and added 71 rushing yards, including his third career rushing touchdown of more than 50 yards.

Fields' development this season has been a boon for a Bears organization in the first year of a massive rebuild under GM Ryan Poles and coach Matt Eberflus. Chicago is armed with resources in free agency and the 2023 NFL Draft to make a big jump in the standings in 2023, but any success the Bears enjoy will come down to Fields' continued progression.
