The Chicago Bears' victory over the Cleveland Browns in Week 15 was their 10th win of the 2025 season, marking the first time since 2018 that this team has won double-digit games.

The 2018 season was also the last time the Bears won the NFC North.

Now, with three games left in the season, Chicago controls its own destiny for the division title. In fact, their quest to be Kings of the North took a big step forward after Week 15's results.

The most significant development was in Denver, where the Green Bay Packers lost to the Denver Broncos, 34-26. The Packers' record dropped to 9-4-1. And guess who's coming to Soldier Field in Week 16?

Yep. Get your popcorn ready, Bears fans. The NFC North will (basically) be on the line next Saturday night.

The Detroit Lions fell in the standings as well in Week 15. They lost to the Los Angeles Rams, 41-34, bringing their record to a disappointing 8-6. The Bears are two games ahead of the Lions with three weeks left in the season.

The Minnesota Vikings joined the Bears as winners in the NFC North in Week 15. They defeated the Dallas Cowboys and defensive coordinator Mat Eberflus, 34-26.

However, the biggest story in the NFC North had nothing to do with the final scores.

Packers lose Micah Parsons to a torn ACL

The Packers lost star edge rusher Micah Parsons to what is feared to be a torn ACL.

It's terrible anytime a star player suffers a gut-wrenching injury like this. Division rivalry aside, here's to a speedy recovery for Parsons.

But, let's be real: there are massive on-field implications as a result of Micah Parsons being out of action for the rest of the season. He was the final piece to what was believed to be a Super Bowl run for Green Bay.

No more.

The NFL is a war of attrition. So far, the Bears have been pretty healthy. Hopefully, it stays that way, and Ben Johnson can win his first NFC North championship in Year 1 on the job.
