The Chicago Bears have fired offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, according to multiple NFL insiders.

Getsy was Public Enemy No. 1 among Bears fans who demanded change this offseason. Gety's offense ranked among the worst in the NFL in 2023, including 27th in passing yards per game, 22nd in passing touchdowns, and 16th in points scored. His inability to develop Justin Fields and a modern-day passing attack ultimately doomed him.
There's the whole lack of accountability thing, too. Luke Getsy routinely blamed players and their lack of execution for why the offense failed to produce. Now, he's on the unemployment line.
Quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko received his pink slip, too, suggesting a quarterback change could be coming. Both coaches were intimately involved with Fields. It would seem odd that the Bears would force Fields to learn a third offense in four years under the tutelage of a new OC and QB coach.
The bloodbath on offense reportedly extended to wide receivers coach Tyke Tolbert as well.
Bears wide receivers coach Tyke Tolbert has also been fired, per source. That makes 3 offensive coaches parting ways with Chicago: OC Luke Getsy, QBs coach Andrew Janocko and Tolbert.

It's a total reboot on offense, and it's difficult imagining Fields survives as the quarterback.
Caleb Williams to the Chicago Bears just got a lot more likely.
