The Chicago Bears have one preseason game left on their 2023 schedule, and unlike years past, it'll be worth watching for Bears fans.
Justin Fields and the starters will play, even if they receive limited snaps. The Bears will treat Week 3 as a mini dress rehearsal, and there's a chance we will see some first-teamers get more reps than expected.
The most important part of any final preseason game, however, is what the non-starters do. Backups are fighting for roster spots and a higher ranking on the depth chart. A strong performance against the Bills will help their cause.
The most intriguing storyline to monitor in Week 3's preseason game against the Bills is the play of undrafted rookie quarterback Tyson Bagent. He's pushing PJ Walker for the QB2 job, and while we can't overreact to one strong preseason game, Bagent's performance against the Colts made him look like a potential steal for Chicago.
Another strong outing should solidify his roster spot.
Here are all the ways to watch, stream, and listen to the Bears vs. Colts Week 2 preseason game.
